My Story
Katie brings a unique perspective to play therapy, combining her 10 years of experience as a teacher with the deep understanding of a neurodivergent parent. As a local Dandenong Ranges resident and hold a Master's Child Play Therapy at Deakin University, Katie is passionate about supporting children and uncovering their stories.

Working with diverse backgrounds and cultures in the classroom ignited a desire to go beyond academics and truly connect with children. Play therapy offered that bridge. It allows Katie to be fully present, create a safe space, and support children on their individual journeys – whether they need healing, safety, or social-emotional guidance.

Katie believes in the power of relationships. She sees success stemming from a strong, collaborative partnership with everyone in a child's life. She ensures transparency, authenticity and conducts herself with the utmost care and respect for the child and family.
