We’ll take the time to understand your concerns and help guide you toward the most appropriate therapist, service, or next step.

You don’t need a diagnosis, and you don’t need to have the “right words.”

Once you get in touch, we’ll review your enquiry, talk it through with you, and help you figure out where to begin — whether that’s play therapy, counselling, developmental education, parent support, or something else entirely.

This is simply a starting point. We’ll work it out together.
